Stryker sends Wade after Sylar after hearing about a super powered killer. The fight is to the death and takes place in a deserted town.

Sylar would take it.....well not current sylar, but sylar at his peak would take it.

How?

His telekinesis can rip apart bodies, so Sylar could decapitate him with it.

Will his telekinesis stop teleportation?

Also, Deadpool survived Decapitation, plus his HF is almost, or on the level of Wolverines. Plus, Sylar's never fought anyone like XI before.

Shouldn't, he has several other powers to temporarily put DP down, lighting for one.

All of which would require Deadpool to not keep teleporting and attacking, which is how he was fighting, not to mention his healing factor.

Deadpool also has his own long range attack, optic blasts.

I havent been watching heroes since the beginning of season 3 but didn't he take the cheerleaders powers? Either way i would say his telekinesis is far to powerful for Wolverine to defend against or attack.

Wolverine isn't XI, XI can teleport, has long blades from his arms, martial arts abilities, a healing factor, and optic blasts. How can Sylar really stop him?

Yeah, if he opens up with a teleport first, maybe. Syler still has several powers that can serious damage (if not outright kill) DP. Disintegration , transmutaiton and the ability to liquify, he also has a healing factor, can freeze, go nuclear and can fly. There are others, but those wouldn't be much of a factor here.

Now that is something Syler's TK could counter, the optic blast.

These:

Telekinesis that can tear things apart
Disintegration
Liquification
Go nuclear
Transmutation, eg he could turn DP into lead

To a lesser extent:
Electricity
Freezing

He also has a healing factor and can fly

Oh, ok i read Weapon X, missed the I 😂

So, does Sylar have the same healing factor as the cheerleader?

He no longer has most of those powers, lost them to the Shanti virus remember?

He's got TK(When has he torn people apart with it?)

Disintegration(Not shown to work on people, even though it was hinted)
Alchemy
Shape-Shifting
HF(Still has a sweet spot that will kill him, so will losing his head)
Intuitive Aptitude
Clairsentience
And Lie Detection

That's his current power set.

And he could never fly, it was a TK boosted jump.

So we're going with a Sylar not at his best? Okay.

His TK is strong enough to stop bullets, or precise enough to open up someone's skull, stands to reason he could use it to force limbs apart.
Alchemy, what I said as transmutation? He could turn DP's head into lead (or gold, among other things)
Why wouldn't disintegration work on flesh?
He no longer has his 'off-button', he moved it with his shape-shifting ability.
He can fly, he took it when he killed Nathan.

I'm just going by what's current.

He didn't slice Nathan's head open, he just slit his throat. He needs to examine the brain to get the power, or spend time around the person and practice long enough to get it right, like he did with Elle.

The alchemy was never shown to work on people. While it may work, it may be a limitation that it doesn't.

Disintegration wasn't shown to work on flesh, but I did say they hinted at it, so it very well may.

Just because he moved it, doesn't mean it's not there, it's just in a different spot.
