Matt. Wade has never been able to beat Matt in a hand to hand fight without using trickery. When it comes to martial arts skils, Matt is currently more or less on the top tier in marvel with only a handful of old ninjas above him. The guy's beaten Iron Fist and has been able to hold off Namor and The Hulk by himself (at least for awhile). Cable just isn't in his league.

Actually, to my knowledge, Matt's never beat Fist. Nothing but stalemates between the two.
