Looks like a good pick! I can't wait for the movie.

Not a bad pick. He was pretty good for the short time he played George Kirk.

I liked him.

yeah I'm actually interested in the movie. I was having a hard time thinking who would the studio pick to play Thor. Now that they have I just hope they don't mess up the story liked they did with Wolverine.

Should be in Thor thread thats already there.

I liked him alot in ST, as for Thor? not a bad pick.

They seem to have picked a decidedly average writer.

Now i know where i recognised him from... curious pick. not bad, or anything, but interesting...

yeah I agree interesting pick.

This will be far better than Wolverine, why? because

1. Its not done by Fox and 2. There is a good writer on it.

3. It's not Wolverine

interesting, i will give judgment after it is made

Both look mighty mediocre in my opinion :/

It's already on the Thor Movie thread:

Yeah thats a good reason because your not a fan of the character 🙄

Very quick.

Very good pick.

I'll reserve judgement until I see him for longer than 6 minutes of screentime. I thought he did an adequate job in Star Trek (which is the only thing I've seen him in), but he sounded like a high school jock when he delivered some of his lines.

I'm a bit skeptical as of now.

Well, he is an Australian playing a mid-western American, so he assumed some kind of accent. Didn't bother me.

And when is this getting combined with the Thor Movie thread?

Not too good of a pick imo. They could've found someone better that fit the description. Lets just see how it goes. Maybe they will go a 180 from Superman
