by magic, i assume you mean his guns and and random other magic crap he carries aswell right.

As long as its magically powered its cool, no real guns or science. Magic has to be the source of the weapon/attack.

his guns shoot some ind of demon fire, that gos through magic shields, so i assume they are magic.

Then he can use it here. Also Doom can use his shields if he wants.

Whereas Doom has single handedly owned the Mighty Avengers (sans Sentry and Iron Man) with just magic, along with being able to summon massive demon armies etc...

The Hood dies, basically.

Unless he ends up channeling all of Dormammu's power without exploding. If he manages that he'll win.

On the first page it recalls the first Dark Reign issue and says 'several weeks ago.' The next page skips to 'one year later.' After Namor kills Osborn, Doom is deep in thought. Namor asks him what he was thinking of, and Doom responds that his thoughts wander....and his thoughts were of strangling Namor to death.

It was Namor who he was thinking about and in his head. The events with him killing The Hood and Namor killing Osborn? They actually did happen. One year from now.

Hickman said he wanted to do the backstory of the characters. Matt Fraction, who couldn’t make the FX Show due to an illness, is doing an Emma Frost one-shot, and Hickman is doing Dr. Doom, since he is going to be the new writer on Fantastic Four. He indicated that the one-shot will give him a chance to stretch his legs with the characters. He did reveal that the story in his one-shot occurs 5 minutes after the Cabal is formed, and takes place in Doom’s head.
