Volts vs Kages

Sarutobi Hizuren, and Hashirama Senjuu - Two of the five Hokages

Battlefield - A circle of desert the size of Wrigley Field suspended high above the Pacific Ocean with a unbreakable dome covering it.

Sarutobi is in his prime so he won't tire so easily.

I'm going to say the hokages. I can't see them having a hard time with Shido. But Kazuki might pose a small problem.

Other than that, the Hokage's techs are so grand scale they would be tough for the Volts to put down.
