Need help with Final Fantasy Tactics A2

OK, so I have a question: HOW DO YOU GET TO BE A NINJA???? I have Adelle, she has mastered 3 thief abilities but I can't get a fourth in order to unlock the Ninja!! How do I get the weapons necessarily/where do you find the loot necessary??
