I played the demo but, from how my friend described it, you have all but a few of the powers after the first level of the demo. Granted, if those missing powers are as spectacular as the lightning thing it might be fun to go for them, but as a player who likes to go for upgrades and unlocks, I thought it diminished the value to have almost everything handed to you in the demo.
I just started a new game as a villain. I've already finished the game as Hero, now I plan to do the same as infamous. It's really neat to see how people react to you as a villain.
I plan to try and get all the trophies, but it's going to be a pain in the ass to try and collect all of the blast shards and dead drops.

Great game.
There was a slight dull in the middle of the game (too many conduit missions), but the last 10 were amazing.
Great sidequests, not repetitive at all (Ubisoft Montreal pay attention!) and a good story to boot.
I'm disappointed about not meeting the TV guy. Oh well.
Can't wait till the sequel.

you dont start out with those powers in the game that you had in the demo

Correct. You start out with none of the powers you had in the demo. That's half the fun, if you ask me: Acquiring all of your powers.
Only got 3 more missions left. I was going to do all the side missions and level up my powers completely but if I do that I'll just get bored and lose interest in the good side. Guess I'll just go on there when I feel like being a dick and level up over time.
Know it does take to long to get your gliding power.

I see. That's like 80% of the fun for me. And you get most of them in the demo? It cheapens the accomplishment for me.
Well, give them credit, they need to sell the game and a demo of the game with no powers usually doesn't do that.
It was quick taste of what to expect.
