Scenario 2. Great fight. Also hard to call for the fact that DD and Elektra's fights are always hard to call. Will she use her tp here? Maybe, maybe not. Will her illusion/control ability work on DD? Dont think the illusion part will and im skeptic about the control part too.
Elektra is pretty much always shown to best Matt in combat, although she often has the element of surprise in their encounters.
Her illusions and control have never been resisted, and Matt doesn't have telepathic resistance anyway.

Surprise and traps. But without those she's never been shown to be Matt's better.

She's edged him out in combat a few times without prep or the element of surprise. She's never lost to him.
She knows how to bypass his radar. Not an on panel feat, but something to take into consideration.

1st one is not a fight.
Second one is a scrull elektra I believe and he just got done shooting his wad if you know what I mean. DD had to save that Elektra twice from Bullseye in that arch.
Third one having a sai on someone isn't a win and doesn't show if he's helpless we don't even see where DD's hands are at in that panel and maybe DD even knows Elektra isn't going to stab him to begin with thanks to his radar and hearing. Being that vague means its not much relevent.
No real gains from those scan or full out battle to determine who's better.
