The Maestro was a version of the Hulk from an alternate future timeline, approximately a hundred years into the future, combining Banner's intelligence with the Hulk's more malevolent aspects.
He has mastery of the power cosmic and knowledge of earth heros & villain who would be a threat. He could destroyer all of the X-men by destroying the Manor Wakanda Fantastic Four etc etc from space. Anybody he does personal combat with would be killed or weakend by the green smoke that admits from his body. Maestro as the Herald has had a strength upgrade to much higher level. He would be the Ultimate Herald of Galactus Cunning Incalculable strength and with the power cosmic energy and matter manipulation. He has the smarts and experience of Banner/Hulk

he still couldnt affect the mystics of Juggernaut or the destroyer.
the destroyer is atleast as strong as he is. probably the juggernaut also (they have both been said to be on panel as having limitless strength).
the smoke wouldnt hurt either one of them. neither one of them tire nor do they need to eat sleep or breathe. he cant affect EITHER ONE OF THEM in the least.
mangog is easily a match in strength no doubt about it. i'm not sure that maestro's "smoke" would hurt him either. he was an ODIN level threat.

There are plenty of mutants that could survive inside the manor if it was destroyed. Also his smoke wouldn't affect Cain, Colossus, or Thor.

If this is to the manor being destroyed then no. Iceman will still be there no matter what. Colossus in steel form will still be there.
If this is to the smoke thing then you should know better if you think some smoke is going to hurt Cain.
Maestro knows Juggernaut. He could blast the ground causing Juggs to fall into a massive hole and then throw in thousands of tons of steel melt it and toss it into space. It would be like having unfeeling Silver Surfer attack earth. He could destroy most of the people from orbit. Hulk has stood toe to toe with Juggernaut in the past but know he is a power cosmic weilder to a master level with a upgrade of strength.

So cain is supposed to stay still when he is doing all of this? Cain could easily break out.
