I recall Wizard had a Last Man Standing where it was DC villains Vs Marvel villains and these two fought. They didn't really fight, just ended up merging and ascended to a higher plane.

wizard tends to stick to comic encounters in stead of forum fights, in a comic it wouldn't be preposterous for them to link up, they have a lot in common.
