I mean, it's not some uber MA feat, but it's pretty hard to NOT get hit at all by three high end MAs while simultaneously making a break for it. An evasive skill feat of sorts. She was literally surrounded.
She almost made Supergirl feel it when she pounded her face in with a mallet. Kara stated so, at least. That's pretty damn good for a mere meta-human psycho acrobat to accomplish.
Standard equipment from Harley usually includes mallet and pistols. And with prep she's brought missiles and rockets to fights.
Guns don't help Harley though, because of Mystique's healing factor. I still say Quinn smashes Raven into delightfully blue paste after she's stunned by a rocket to the face. At least in scenario 2.
Scenario 1, I dunno. I guess I can go with Mystique. She has some impressive speed and morphing feats since her upgrade. I'd still give Harley the strength advantage though.

Mystique is a better shot and the mallet won't do anything seeing as she will have to be dodging bullets.
You don't want to know what Mystique can get a hold of with prep. How will she know who to shoot if Mystique transforms into someone else?
Mystique can amp her strength if IIRC.
