Janes Punisher vs Bales Batman vs Ledgers Joker
Who would win based on this amazing trailer? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uE4JygFXJpU
Originally posted by Wei PhoenixWhy? He got owned twice by the both of them, which I assume would be the standard case anyway. Frank is good, but the other two are on another playing field.
Based on that trailer alone and disregarding everything else that happened in the movies then Jane would win.
They shot at him and Batman pressed something that blew up on him, his armor protected him any damage whereas we have Punisher with already a win over the superhuman (to their standards) Russian, Frank even had batman on the ground with a gun pointed in his face. Also Joker owning Frank is never standard anywhere.
Punisher wouldn't kill Batman because he's a fellow hero, while Batman would simultaneously try to capture Joker and stop Frank from killing people. He's the king of prep(Even by movie standards, Bale was a generally better planner and had more resources). And Joker would own Punisher 99% of the time, he's that good.

Frank doesn't care if you're a fellow hero. Hell he killed Stiltman IIRC while he was trying to help him. He's shot Wolverine in the face and ran him over with a steamroller too.
Batman is not the king of prep, there are a few who can plan faster and better than him if given the same resources.
What has Joker done that puts him above Frank? How does he trump Frank in your opinion?
Originally posted by Wei PhoenixYes, and when Batman parried the sword at his apartment and when Joker apparently flipped blows up Punisher in a truck at 2:12. And notice how Punisher never gets a clear shot at Joker.
Are the ownings when Batman caught him off guard and hit his gun with something, and when Joker shot at his car?

That was actually a pipe not a sword. Actually Joker was in the truck, not Frank, they even showed Frank pushing the button. So Frank actually owned Joker.

The Joker has built robots that are capable of beating Superman
Has taken on the power of a god
Has poisoned god level beings
Has owned people in combat and intellectual matters who should be better than him on paper(Batgirl, Deathstroke, Ra's Al Ghul, Lex Luthor, Wonder Woman, etc)
Based on the trailer, it appears Joker always has the upper hand too.
Since when have Stiltman and Wolverine been straight heroes? Batman is almost exactly like Franks hero, Captain America, in stature and reputation.
Originally posted by Wei PhoenixOops, my mistake. But if we are assuming everyone acts in character and "in order", Joker survives that attempt on his life.

Yet at the end of the day he still gets owned by a powerless human. What's his defense against a bullet to the head or his base being blown up?
He couldn't have always had the upper hand if his truck blew up due to a bomb by Frank.
Wolverine and Punisher are the same type of hero and at that time Stiltman was trying to help him and Frank even knew that. Frank is in no way near Steve Rogers in stature, reputation or anything for that matter. Do you read The Punisher comics at all?

so Joker survived an assassination attempt on his life in the movie? Not saying that Frank killed him there, I'm just asking. Joker showed no h2h feats that puts him above Frank, nor any bullet dodging or durability.

He survived it anyhow. That's at least a moral loss for Frank. 😄
I said Batman was similar in stature. Bruce almost peak human and is a brilliant prepper as Steve is a brilliant tactician.
Originally posted by Wei PhoenixThe Joker always has the home field advantage, so the burden of proof is on Frank. He owned a man who was trained by literally the best in the world, how much more proof do you need?
