The overall full length of Devil went down to Georgia is probably more difficult as some parts of Through the fire and flames are actually easy but the solo towards the end of flames is more difficult than any part of Georgia.

Regardless...I've always thought that the offbeat rythymic songs to be more difficult than ones with fast solos....stuff like BYOB and Hot for teacher i had more trouble with than either Georgia or Flames.
