The Trigger Happy One
Rosalinde glided through the maze like a lacerating breeze, leaving several of those creatures crippled and bleeding to death in her wake, barely touching the ground as she ran full pelt, running along walls mostly to keep up her momentum around the many corners.
Some stone steps were down a passageway she nearly skipped, the oddity make her stop and examine, as clearly it wasn't just another part of the maze so she warily climbed them.
She could make out the figure of another one of those creatures at the end of the great natural hallway when she reached the top of the stairs.
"Tch, these things never learn," Rosalinde said, quickly moving into a sprint once more, twirling her scimitars in preparation for the opposing charge.
Except the figure hefted a rather large club-like object in the air and hit the ground with incredible force, provoking a concentrated shockwave rippling through the ground right at Rosalinde.
She dived to the side in surprise, watching a violent trail of dirt tear passed her, and the creature was already raising its club for another swing, so Rosalinde got an idea.
The shockwave ripped by but the Gerudo was now running swiftly along the walls, grinning at the ingenuity of it until the creature decided to try hitting the walls.
The shockwaves were a bit more chaotic, Rosalinde leaped to the other wall and continued running, diving at the last to roll passed the creature, the club crashed down beside her as a narrow miss.
She twirled to her feet and leaped clear over another swing from the club, causing it to crash into the wall, her scimitars flashed in response, drawing a few lines of blood on the creature before she quickly darted around it.
The creature began to swing the club around haphazardly, making it rather difficult to get a clean shot in.
That was until some screaming idiot ran by, providing quite the distraction to the creature. While also perplexed, Rosalinde didn't hesitate in taking advantage of the situation, twirling high into the air and using her scimitars like a guillotine, severing the creature's head from its shoulders.
She landed a little tiredly and started up the next flight of stairs, giving her scimitars a flick to knock the blood off them before sheathing them.
Saria was supposed to be here, yet when Rosalinde topped the stairs, there was no sign of the Kokiri in question.
Was she in that damn building up there? How would a child get up there?
