mind control (or whatever he calls it)

taking someone's soul by force (in this case, the Hulk's)

and the ability to take him to that one dimension of his, where he is all powerful and all knowing.

Hulk is uber-pissed off and can use those weapons of his in Planet Hulk.
and no, Warbound isn't allowed to come and back him up in this fight.

huh...ok well if Ghost Rider can defeat Blackheart with all his powers, then I think that Hulk would take this easily.
