Nah good friend.Entropy's purpose is to remake/replace Eternity/Infinity every cosmic cycle.
(natural passage from/to death then rebirth)
According to the writer, Entropy is the representation of the end of time.
"the tendency for all matter and energy in the universe to evolve toward a state of inert uniformity."
Abraxas's purpose is to carry out Eternity/Infinity's (all that is) end.(un-natural death, leaving Abraxas as it's sole surviving God)
It would actually make Oblivion God. If you remember from the Cosmics in Collision arc Infinity states that when there's nothing left Oblivion becomes the new supreme being.
Directly or indirectly both Abraxas and Entropy serve Oblivion. Their very purpose in the universe is to expand Oblivions realm.
In any event, neither can defeat Oblivion.

Abraxas doesn't die with Eternity/Infinity,
Abraxas survives,
and if he carries out his purpose (end creation)
he can just make his own reality.
(according to one of his bios, Abraxas was planning on remaking creation after ending it)
Entropy doesn't die either,
Entropy not only survives,
but then Entropy becomes Eternity/Infinity,
and creation blossoms again.

But I'd put my money on Abraxas.
Why?
Cause on panel Infinity battled Oblivion,
and it was a stalemate.
Eternity is = to Infinity,
Abraxas > Eternity/Infinity
