If you take a closer look at the scan with Mystique dodging the missile, take note that it appears to be a tomahawk. Which typically move at around mach 3.
Her healing factor isn't as fast as Wolverine's or anything, but most wounds heal within a few minutes. Just browse through her respect thread for a feat or two.

I don't have the scans here, but do you remember the "Catch Mystique" story, when Logan was ordered by Scott to kill Raven for again betraying the X-Men?
During the showdown she received many awful slashes and stabs, including one directly through the lungs into the heart...and she won the immediate fight nonetheless. Of course Logan healed faster than she did, so that ultimately he was standing above her, leaving her in the middle of a desert to die from her supposed "fatal" wounds ... witch she didn't, turning on Iceman a few days later without any impairments etc. When Bobby threatened to finish her once and for all, she even mocked him by stating that Logan said and tried that unsuccessfully.

Well, she's doing her stuff for over 100 years on a daily basis too, being recognized by S.H.I.E.L.D. as one of the most dangerous people in the world.
And Blade gotten his recognition from Shield also as they pegged him as having the best shot to bring Wolverine into custody with his skills and resilience.

Yes! She fought him successfully, rendering him brain dead for several minutes eventually. Though Raven was severely wounded too, she was still up. If she hadn't been alone but working for Shield, Logan would be in custody. Needless to say, that eventually both survived their "fatal" wounding due to their healing factor.
