I just remembered that Amazo's ability to copy things comes from some kind of metabolism aural fields (or something) that metahumans give off.

Amazo wouldn't be able to copy the Destroyer at all.

...This is still a good fight, though. I think if Amazo can avoid the disintegrator beam, he wins.

Hes copied the worlogog and androids before....he simply copys powers so he will just copy the destroyer so its a stalemate unless he is packing more powers at his base and then he wins.

It can absorb bio energy doesn't mean thats the only way it gains powers,the worlogog is not bio energy or a metahuman power and hourman is still an android they simply programmed him with some human emotions.

He is not copying Destroyer's power source.
If anything, the attempt will leave him catatonic due to the need of animating spirit, IMO.

Different version of Amazo. Most recent versions did not have it.

Yes, and yes. Him copying the Destroyer is not arguable. He can and will do it. If he's got other powers, or even just the basic JLA package, he probably wins. And I believe it has been mentioned that Amazo combines power very well and in some cases uses them better than their owners.
