Yes the upgraded Batman would let all the power get to his head. He might start to believe that his mind is no longer his greatest asset and over time he would not rely on it as much.

Or Galactus.

I'd like to see the Surfer at least hover whenever his board is knocked out from under him instead of his dropping like a friggin' stone (making it tough to even knock him off in the first place was something movie Surfer got right).

On the other hand, I think Surfer has way too much versatility for a planet-finder (what he was created for). So, overall, I'd upgrade his brute power, but downgrade his versatility.

oh ok. well I was thinking maybe Deadpool with an Adamantium skeleton, or Sue Storm with ShadowCat's powers. (that way she doesn't accidentally bump into anybody while sneeking into Doom's castle or something.)
