Leak about 3rd Batman movie?

Hi! Never posted on the Batman side of the house before, but I've been a fan of the comic books and the animated series for years and saw this. Does anyone know if it is true that they are even making a third Batman movie? If so, what do you think about the villain mentioned? I would have liked to have seen one that isn't in any of the other movies so far, but this could be very good...if it's true, that is.
