There are numerous "omnipotent" beings who could (and will) more than likely stop/destroy him.

He'd be better off staying in Imageverse.

He'd be cool on the Shadowpact.

I could see Spawn taking over Marvel Earth, barring Tiamut and MM. DC Earth, barring Spectre.

But yeah, I mean...he's not soloing the DCU or MU.
