Considering how fast Grey Fox was shown cutting out that section of the ceiling, I think a flurry of super strong punches will put even Terry Bogard down.

well, for a simple reason that he's insanely fast and has a sword i dont' see Terry winning. he lops of Terry's arm and then terry has to go take Geese's arm and graph it, giving birth to Nightmare Terry...........what happens when German crimelords meet bad english!
