Longshot comes in first, Bullseye sneezes as he releases, Hawkeye hiccups, A fly lands on Deadshots nose as he's about to shoot, etc etc, and they all miss the bullseye except Longshot.

Who hits it, and then with his second shot, hits the centre of the first bullet he fired.

I was thinking the same thing.

If Longshot's powers are working properly, despite the issue of selfish personal gain, they all blunder and he wins.

I'd have to go with bullseye or hawkeye.Bullseye(well the name implies what he does) and hawkeye hit a bowstring with an arrow from 50 yard away.

The only thing that matters is who has the quicker draw.

Bullseye is the best marksmen and the most versatile from what I understand. Anything in his hands is a weapon.

That being said, I don't think he'd win. I could see Domino winning this. Or either Hawkeye or Green Arrow depending on their trick arrows.
