Tony Stark Vs Bruce Wayne (Twist)

Stark got SHIELD because Congress is run by idiots and the superhero community had a collective idiot ball moment.

Also, Stark is NOT a good business man. He's a genius inventor, but a terrible executive. He's run his company into the ground several times and had his designs stolen by numerous indivuals. His reputation is because he keeps salvaging his companies from the brink of disaster or started up new ones that outdo the old ones. Tony is an inventor and THE MAN when it comes to human-tech powered armor. but as a business man? He couldn't have pulled off Bruce's coup of Lexcorp. Hell, Lexcorp probably would have bought out Stark Enterprises three times over.

Also, Bruce pretends to be irresponsible and a drunken playboy.

Don't detract from Stark. Being able to comeback from that many screwups is a skill in of itself. it's the lack of consistancy that hurts him. plus that Bruce Wayne is just plain better at the business side than him.

not saying he hasn't done a good job at keeping the company running good ever since the business got put in his hands just saying stark started his business all on his own.

wayne might have more money but stark started the business on his own. his parents didn't leave him a dime and any billion $ company. stark got all his cash from his intelligence and skills as an engineer. if it weren't for Wayne's parents being filthy rich from the beginning Bruce probably wouldn't have wayne enterprises today.
