I really thought this would be a good fight.
Durability wise - I give the nod to Bill. He seems far better at tanking energy blast and blunt force.
Speed - Its hard to calculate how fast either go, we simply see them zipping through space. However one has nano-second reaction time, the other perceives objects at multiple speeds of light. I can decipher which is superior so for me Speed is even.
Energy Output - Hard to say, I need to go back and read up on Majestic. I will leave this one blank for the moment.
Strength - One crushes planets, the other plays cosmic pool. I will give Majestic the nod.
Intelligence - I will give Majestic the nod. However Bill in not stupid. I mean, he even mocked this notation when he conversed with Thor.
Intangibles, other factors, and versatility.
Bill hands down.

Good post but honestly, I dont know who to give the nod to and supes should NEVER one shot maj.

Now, I have no idea when he gave that interview....and to be honest, I only read Dreamwar once because it was such garbage, so I can't remember if, in the story, it actually says it was all that kid's fantasy or not...
However, some of you might already know that I read a bit of Wildstorm. And one, I've never seen any character reference Dreamwar or its events after that series was over. And also, Zealot and Grifter died during it...and they're alive in current continuity, with no explanation other than the fact that it cannot be canon, despite what Giffen says.
The people saying Majestic wins in stats need to actually read a Majestic book.
He might have an edge in lifting feats, but blow for blow, Bill is gonna eat him alive.
Majestic is <Bill in durability easily. The attacks Bills taken Majestic would be maimed by.
His flightspeed might be an edge, but he's never been one for the speedblitz tactic, so it's moot.
Bill holds the decisive edge in striking power, energy output and durability.
The only edge Majestic has is the speed, and as said above, speedblitz isn't his thing.
Bill seven times out of ten.
