at least spielberg has the right idea about not changing things in his films, He was disappointed in himself over E.T.

if only Lucas can realise that.

Spielberg is more sensitive to viewers,,, and in the end he has evolved better than Lucas.

He has become greatly sensitive to the audience's need for more sleep, thats for sure.

Well, I don't mind directors tweaking or changing their movies a bit, as long as they give us access to the original. Spielberg did that with the release of ET... And now he wants to keep his hands oof Raiders. I applaud the man.

Oh yeah I hear hes been trying to capitalise on the GL criticism, distancing himself from all the CGI and stuff, trying to look good by contrast.....Well...

Hey, at least Spielberg is regretful of stupid things he did. His time to apologise for Indy IV will come. I think he needs a great new film first. Indy IV and War of the Worlds... not the best streak for a director of his stature.
