1. Fight takes place in an octagon cage like UFC, octagon cannot break either, 3 rounds of 5 minutes. Healing Factors off. Win by KO or kill.

2. Fight in swamp, no rules, KO or Kill.

I say KC both fights, he can win by knockout using his wrestling and also has a healing factor to keep up with Wolverine (i think).

logan would take both round via claw to the brain, throat or gut. logan is inhumanly fast capable of fast hand reaction time.. hell logan is able to speed blitz croc before he could react. or use his MA skills to dance around till he gets an opening for a lethal strike.
