From the videos you can see Jin is allot faster and packs allot more punch, Liu will will do his best to avoid it but unless he somehow gets his specials in hes clearly lost.

Well seeing how powerful Liu Kang's flying kick is and managing to go up against and knock out 550 pounds of solid muscle, I'd say his attacks are pretty powerful too.
