Dracula's powers:
Weather control. Magneto's bubble can block any number of lightningbolts and tornadoes. No danger here.

Hypnosis. Just avoid eye-contact.

Beastswarms. Aint getting past the bubble either, even if he summons them in the millions.

Mistform. Hard to hurt, but Magneto can at least contain it. Then its off for a quick trip to someplace sunny.

short answer, definitely not the majority of these people, the guy who mentioned ras is probably the only one.

and lulz at hugh jackman, he was in "sell this film mode" and also was clueless to every villain outside of the films he was in, saying sabretooth was just 2 birds with one stone.

Why is Dracula so frikken nerdy in that pic. Marvel Dracula isn't nerdy. Marvel Dracula looks like a badass psycho warrior.

Dracula wins.

He creates a storm that conceles his mist form and Eric floats in the air wondering what the hell happened.

The second he lowers his shields he is bitten.

It's just a waiting game.

If Mags flies to space without lowering his defences then Drac wins anyway.

Magneto only wins if he is ready and knows Dracula is after him...

Otherwise, I pick Dracula every single time; one bite to the neck and its all over...and Dracula is clever enough and has a good enough range of abilities to allow him to do so.

On the other hand what can dracula do? None of his physical attacks can break or bypass the shields and the eyestare can be easily avoided
