top five most powerful movie sci-fi heroes

who do you think the most powerful movie sci-fi heroes are. only two stipulations.
1. They have to be heroes
2. No skyfather level characters, these would be people who are on par with galactus like Q or even at the level of odin.

my list

5 being the least powerful and 1 most powerful

5. Optimis prime

4. Gamera

3. Handcok

2. Godzilla (final wars)

1. Neo

Does Luke Skywalker get the feats from all of the novels and such that take place way after ROTJ where he gets a lot more powerful?

I found Hancóck really quite dull actually, even in sober mood.

You might have to explain the skyfather thing...

skyfathers are like odin and zeus they are far beyond superman lvl characters. hard for me to really pick out any sci skyfather level characters other then Q.

You think Optimus Prime is more powerful than Superman?

And Neo's greatest power level was in a virtual world, like Kevin Flynn in TRON. Outside in the real world, he was a low level reality warper.

Do Japanese characters count?

never said he was more powerful then supes just that he was just one of my pics for top five most powerful sci-fi non comic book heroes. And of course i'm picking neo from the virtual world and it's as real as any make believe world.

as long as it's sci-fi so like crouching tiger hidden dragon wouldn't count or the monkey king because thier power and genre is more fanticy.

You didn't specify they had to be non-comic based.

Hancock may qualify, but he's practically a Superman analogue.

I'd label Q as around a Cosmic Cube being level actually.

Above Skyfather but below Celestial

You wouldn't like them because they all come from comic books 😆
