I was gonna make this same exact thread.
Gotta go with the T-800. It's stronger, faster, more manueverable, and more durable.
Only advantage Iron Man has is his and weaponry which is limited:
-Rocket Launcher: May slow T-800 down but surely won't keep him that way. Same would be the result if he had machine guns. He has no kind of targeting system in this suit.
-Flamethrower: Irrelevant.
The T-800 is slower, but powerful, and Terminator Salvation has shown us that T-800s can be affected with gunshots, (When Connor was shooting that one in the head at the beginning of the movie.)
The artillery (Rocket Launchers, which were enough to pierce and destroy an armoured tank, and Repulsor blasts should take care of that.
But Stark got hit with brutality probably equal to T-800 strength by Jeff Bridges and ruled. Suited up, he could probably battle the T-800 h2h.
He could probably use the repulsor lift to fly at speed horizontally through the caves also.
The T-800 is slower? News to me. Guns don't do shit to T-800's. That thing Connor shot was a T-600(killing it with gunshots was bullshit IMO).
Mark I armor doesn't have repulsors. and it's flight is really a power jump. Those rockets on the Mark I armor aren't the same as the ones Iron Man used to blow up the tank with the Mark III armor.
When he got hit by Iron Monger he was in his Mark III armor. Granted Iron Monger or Iron Man should shred a T-800, not the Mark I.

The T-1000 and the T-X were faster runners than the T-800 though.

The clunky gray suit lasted what? 15 minutes before it got destroyed?
Also wasn't that the same amount of time the suit had before it's power ran out? Which was the reason Tony had to get out of those caves fast even after the suit got powered up. I recall when Tony was talking to his assistant about the power core, they said something along the lines of:
Assistant: That thing can power your heart for 2 years.
Tony: Or a really big suit for 15 minutes.
If anything, Arnold can just outlast the Mark 1 suit.
