I don't know much about Classic CA, but if he isn't as powerful as Superman, then team 1 wins.

Also, Lord Feron was referring to a Wildstorm book where CA was amped by the Void, where he/she was able to destroy the WS universe and recreate it. It wasn't under his own power. 🙂
