His official Marvel bio lists him as a 'Master strategist, adept in sciences far beyond Earth technology, some mystical knowledge.' He also possesses the Oracle of Ancient Knowledge and an Orb of Knowledge from Tyrant's fortress. Safe to say he possesses far more intelligence and knowledge repositories than Lobo does.

Lobo does have a better healing factor. When he wants it. He's been torn apart by bullets before. And killed by minor explosions.
