I don't think Bats would lose to DD without his utility belt/gadgets, with it, the match just gets easier for Bruce(even though it is relatively against his personality to massively use his belt against less than big threats - powerhouse metas, metas who's specific abilities make for big threats, etc)

batarangs would NEVER touch dd. dd could dodge anything else he throws with ease as well. and he has an automatic upper hand in h2h because of his radar and heightened senses, nevermind hes got the agility, speed, stamina, durability, and martial arts skills to match him and ultimately pull off a slight win
He has no upper hand in h2h. All DD's heightened sense do for him in this fight is somewhat compensate for a lower skill-level IMO. If his senses had not enhanced his agility and speed, then he would not be able to contend with other Top Teir MA's.

In the past when DD vs Bat was brought up in a thread, most picked Batman.
But a guy like DD who has fought Cap, Wolverine and gives Spider-Man trouble? how is Batman beatin him up?
