Someone could IP range ban him (which is stupid) and he could still get around it.....it's called a proxy server. 😐

Alternatively, everyone could ignore him, thereby denying him the attention he seeks. (Which would remove the motivation to sock.)

If this dude knows jackshit about proxy, it's fairly easy to screw with his IP.
But if his connection uses dynamic IP, then we have to go with option B) ignore him.
