Note how he says he's carrying the fundamental power of Imperiex Prime. At the time, he didn't have full control of it. And with Imperiex removed from existence, he has the full power.

There's another feat where he busts through the dimensional barrier around the dimension of the Quintessence, but I can't find it right now.

I dont see any feats that would place him that surpass Odins.

Dropping entropy on odin would do just fine.
