The DC parts are, but not the Marvel parts.

In the flashbacks, they couldn't even use Marvel characters.

But we're using Green Lantern War Krona, aren't we? I don't know if Johns retconned out the previous Krona stories, since it was implied this is the first time Krona's been back since the Guardians expelled him, and the last time we saw Krona he was trapped and depowered, and different looking..
