That is vastly different.

For all intents and purposes, Mandrakk has already served his purpose, story-wise.

bingo.

well, aren't blue lanterns chosen because of their ability to instill great hope? i mean, that's pretty much what happens with saint walker in the tales of the lantern corps.

Hank better show up in this....😠

i could see henshaw and the manhunters fighting against the black lanterns. all henshaw wants to be able to do is die and be left in peace. the black lanterns might represent something he hates.

i see your point. i just look at stuff like civil war or house of m and thank god we don't have to put up with anything as bad as that.

I wouldn't mind that stuff if the trades atleast had the tie ins in them

Or respects? He wants to die, who better to give him that chance?

that's what i mean, though. he'll never get to rest in peace if he's going to get brought back by the BL's...

Maybe his wife can be a BL with him?

Hank as a BL would be completly retarted

Actually, bringing his wife back might be the one thing that really pisses him off.

If anything is going to make the Cyborg mad, it would be that.

Guarantee he will not join the Black Corp. There is actually a good chance he would be fighting them as Raoul said.

While watching a vid on youtube about the Blackest Night, I notice Lafreeze talking to Hal about all the stuff the Guardians buried so nobody would ever find out about it, about Parallax, the Massacre of sector 666! Anyone else notice this?? 😄

Really? From what Ive gotten its that they want to bring death to all those that according to them need to die, and after its all done, they'll never ressurect again. Least thats what I got from

Spoiler:
Black Hand when he was talking to the dead Hawkman and Hawkwoman.

Why? What's so special about the sum of the first 36 natural numbers?

I meant after. I mean, not that I know where the story is going to lead to, but it seems to me that the death corps is just wiping out those who should be dead, turning them into members, and then continueing the cycle. What happens once they kill everyone who should be dead?

Green Lantern #44 Preview - Martian Manhunter VS Hal and Barry

Damn not so big.

But nice so far.

Doug Mahnke is a fantastic artist. You can tell his style by poses and layouts. Some of the poses he puts characters in sometimes look familiar and I wonder if he's done a similar thing in a previous issue he's drawn (say his run on Batman) but like Ivan Reiss, his art's too good for me to be bothered.
