Any boost Donald Blake gains does not transfer to Thor. They are completely separate entities. Blake is not at the reins when he is Thor, Thor is. BRB is now simply Black Military Man or Beta Ray Thor. No matter how much black military man trains, it won't make a difference.
However, they've messed up pretty bad. Since now they introduced the good ol' beta ray uglyface, who's neither a full horsface nor the black military man. So how are they going to explain this? BRB has three shapes now apparently.
