most definitely. i just go back to "arena" where monarch easily owned every version of captain atom in the multiverse + numerous GL's + several supermen, simultaneously - then encorporated said power(s) into his being.

fair enough. however, dont u feel genis showed more power in comparison feat wise... destroying n receating universe. bringing people back to life. How would monarch get past his omniscience?

i think the 'universe feat' has been somewhat blown out of proportion. as far as the omniscience - i don't really feel that's a 'tactic' insane genis favored.
