Juggernaut is without his shields, so naturally I assume we're using the one that thor beat the living shti out of in his own comics.

Call it PIS all you want, but there's no reason why severing the connection between Cain and Cyttorak would weaken the Juggernaut. PIS would've been when Thornn or Feral scratched him or when nightcrawler hurt him with fire. Using a great magical item to weaken him, is not PIS, it's logical.

I'm wondering how it was PIS. Do you have a hard time accepting the fact that Thor CAN sever the enchantment? He has years and years of showings where he performs "magical" feats not linked to offensive or defensive moves. When Black Tom touched the ruby Cain became vulnerable and could feel pain even. Was it the forcefield? Regardless of whether or not you wish to cry about that, when the enchantment is weakened Cain becomes vulnerable.
And in this thread, he is vulnerable.

Let's get a couple of things straight.
You have yet to bring up any reason WHY it is PIS. In either of their other fights did Thor sever Juggernaut's connection with Cyttorak, did he? So how are they relevant in a comparison where Thor weakened the enchantment? I'll answer, they aren't. And for something so useless it sure scared Juggernaut. Being pushed back and eventually sent on his merry way. If it was useless, why did it push him back? So what fights do that leave you with? The 8th day buttle where Thor had fought the enchanters and Juggernaut was powered up? Wow, that's of much relevance here.

It seems that my point went right over your head. I did not have high expectations, but I will break it down for you. Maybe if I spoonfeed you these arguments, you'll be able to pick up on some of it. Here we go.
- It does not matter if it was tied to his forcefield. When the connection with Cyttorak is weakened, Juggernaut gets weaker. There are AT LEAST three examples of this.
Uncanny X-men run when Cain turned from his evil ways, he became steadily weaker. He could drown, the wrecking crew could harm him, Black Tom made him bleed, the "new" Juggernaut harmed him. When he agreed to Cyttorak's terms in WWH, he became the same ol' unstoppable Juggernaut.
Black Tom's birthday. Cain gave Black Tom the crystal and in turn the power was split, giving each a half. Once again Juggernaut could feat pain and became much weaker. He could even feel fire and so on. Black Tom was also able to harm him. When he touched the gem again and then hurled it into space, Cain again became teh same ol' unstoppable Juggernaut.
His fight with Thor. Thor used Mjolnir to sever the enchantment between Cyttorak and Cain. This is the third incident of Juggernaut becoming weaker when his connection with Cyttorak has been weakened. When Thor was forced to call Mjolnir back, Cain once again became the same ol' unstoppable Juggernaut.
So what about this is it that you fail to understand? You're not capable of understanding that Cain's connection to Cyttorak can be broken? Do you think that James would put a Juggernaut who is still invulnerable but cannot call upon his forcefield in a melee fight against someone? And then not even put him at the END of the gauntlet? Why would James do that?
If he did, then it's probably for the same reason why you felt the need to bring up a tired Thor's battle against the 8th day Juggernaut. Or twist their other battle into Juggernaut being unaffected, when he was being pushed back, was frightened and ended up in space? Good luck trying to find a post where I claim that Thor would beat a fully powered Juggernaut with his bare hands.
