Continuity mess up

Ok so the mandalorian wars start up after the Great sith war with Kun and then the Jedi civil war after that.

Powerful jedi like Nomi Sunrider and Thon survived the Great sith war with Nomi as the Grand Master of the order. But where are they during the mandalorian wars? or the jedi civil war?

Dead.

I believe Jolee specifically mentions that Nomi mysteriously disappeared before Revans time. I don't know about Thon though. A better question would be: What happens to Vima Sunrider? Apparantly she trained the Exile, gained 'legendary' status and then.. dontgetit

I believe this will be covered in a book set between the series. Although we do know that Vima was The Exile's Master.
