I can't see what could WWH do to him. But anything Manhattan did wouldn't put WWH out at all. Nothing. Although Manhattan is probably far more powerful as what he has shown, but still, WWH took powerful things. I see Doctor Manhattan wining by BFR (he could also probably teleport WWH to sun).
Or maybe he has raw power to put WWHulk out, but we can't tell.
