Marvel Adopts the 99...

Very interesting article I found:

Apparently it's being launched by Marvel today (Or at least according to the article I read) but it seems to have been out for 2 years in the Middle East. (It's in todays independent and I realize the article in the links are outdated I only just googled what it was now.)

I'm really not happy about this. 👇 It's not something those articles mention, but the enemy the 99 face most of the time is a very thin reference to Zionism aka jews aka Israel. The comic is horribly anti-semitic. And I'm disappointed that Marvel has the gall to not notice and publish this garbage.

Your disapproval means a thumbs up for me Trick and that doesn't really bother me since the article says it's not catering just to one religion the 99 are from all over the world and of different backgrounds. "tis a very clever idea IMO and if Fabian is writing the crossover mini they have my money.

BTW equating Judaism and Zionism is a big no, no. It's not the same thing. Not all Zionists are Jewish and not all Jewish people are Zionists.

I know that, but they apparently don't. 😬 I don't expect it to bother you, but I can't sit by and say nothing. We've taken alot of shit over the centuries, and we are certainly not going to let someone publicize more anti-semitic garbage and let them get away with it with impunity.

The DC Crossover seems legit, so whatever you plan on doing you can take it up with DC comics and the following writers: Fabian Nicieza, Stuart Moore, June Brigman, Dan Panosian and John McCrea as well.
