DP can load clayface with various bombs for a temporary win but they can kill him anymore then clayface can kill wade.

What effect would the psyblades have on Clayface?
Is comic Clayface any different from the version in the animated series?

For now, I'll say Clayface wins. If he's anything like Sandman, he should win this pretty handily.
