Well if Doom/Panther can get Magneto and X-Men it will improve there chances greatly.

Seriously: Wakanda and Latveria would be terrible, but team USA would have Iron Man as the leader, Reed Richards as the brain, and Hulk and the Sentry as the muscles. Namor is strong, but either of these two murder him 10/10. Add Iron Man, War Machine, Hercules, Amadeus Cho for Brain Back Up, the Thing, etc, and you have two contries who would disapear fast.

edit: I forgot about Thor. Thor would kick asses too.

People like Thing are relatively nothing on a scale of world war. If Doom and Magneto pair it could be deadly. I'd like to think Panther/Doom would prevail over Richards/Stark in a battle of the minds. Namor himself may be weak compared to the likes of Thor and Sentry but he commands an army of superhumans himself, not to mention sick sea creatures.

Hulk has, pre WWH anyway, performed tasks for Avengers and SHIELD srug
