My "brother" gets shipped overseas in September.

I told you about my friend who died over there a couple weeks ago, that was kinda hard for me. I hadn't seen her in about 10 years, but it was still someone I knew personally, grew up around, had feelings for in the past.

I'll be happy when Scott comes home. Though I kind of hate him right now, I don't want anything bad to happen because through it all he's my brother from another mother.

I had been hearing about this movie based on a short run comic book named Kick-Ass. It sounded like it would be a nice funny, violent movie. Then...I saw the red band trailer for it. Holy shit, this movie is going to be f*cked up in all the right ways!

I read the comics today, and the movie follows pretty closely (according to the trailer I saw). The comic is really violent, with nudity and a 10 year old murdering people. I think you all should check it out.

I would love to see this one in theater. If you read the comics, you would be hooked. It's real and gritty, and deliciously violent.
