i had a work trial that was meant to be for thursday and friday then you might get through to next week which was like more trials then some people wuld get the job but i just stayed until lunch on the first day and didn't back crappy job anyway just like selling shit over phone

Not too bad, I only had 6 yesterday about the same today but I had a dentist appointment today so I smoked a few before I went to calm my nerves. 😂

What did you have to do at the dentists today?

I've smoked 1 cigarette today, and the same yesterday. It's not enough to kill the nicotine fits and I find myself getting very moody. disgust

She looked at my X-rays, gotta go back in a couple weeks to start the work, then she's gonna send the "hit list" as they call it to the other dentist for my extractions.

Because he specializes in sedation, they are gonna do I.V. sedation to do the extractions since I am scared shitless of the dentist.

I've never heard of IV sedation for dentists, but I can see where it would come in handy.

I always get the shot of Novocaine and laughing gas. When I was really little, I apparently told my mom I was flying in the clouds and there was a giraffe that was so tall, his neck stretched past the clouds.

I know it, but I would rather drive that hour than have my extractions done with only novocaine cuz I would probably end up freaking out on them.
