No weapons or powers, just a h2h combat match, who wins?

I wouldn't necessarily call him a "goofball" but he's nowhere near Batman. Besides any skill Spider-Man has could be negated w/o his powers and abilities.

Read the OP. There's no powers or weapons. However if indeed there were powers and weapon it would be a stomp..........in Spider-Man's favor.

Not exactly. If Spider-Man has webbing, he wins easily. Strictly H2H, but including his abilities....yes, Batman wins more times than not.

true, but Batman has way to much experience in his favor and parker sometimes doesn't take fights too seriously
