Samus wins for most hottest and Jill probably wins the gun fight.

Samus seems to be physically superior to Jill since she can survive long falls and is more agile than any Olympic athlete. But Jill's weapon can actually kill so she wins unless Samus is fast enough to dodge bullets.

Samus wins. if she can survive space monsters that can knock down stone walls like they aren't even there, then Samus can take a bullet.

before you wonder 'when did they knock down wall?' it's usually when they pop into the room out of nowhere. also remember some monsters have claws. Kraid was huge and tossed fingernails at her and Ridley shot fireballs at her many times. Samus survived it all. there's no way she'll lose to Jill

to Sin Volvagia: no, but she did survive those weird looking alien creatures at the end of Metroid Zero mission without her suit. and they were quite strong at that time.
